Note: Papers that have already been accepted or are currently under review for other conferences or journals will not be considered for publications at ICAIAR 2025. Authors are invited to submit papers in English using the paper format indicated below.
Each submitted paper will have to be associated with one of the four following categories:
By submitting a paper, authors implicitly agree that at least one of them will register to the conference and present the paper. All papers will be reviewed by the ICAIAR 2025 Program Committee based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition.
"Blind" paper evaluation will be used, therefore authors are kindly requested to produce and provide the full paper, without any reference to the authors.
The manuscript must contain, in its first page, the paper title, the paper category (Technical solution, Evaluation, Industrial or Doctoral), an abstract and a list of keywords but no names or contact details are to be included in any part of the file.

Please use the IEEE conference template for formatting your paper. The template is available in Word formats.
All submitted papers will undergo an initial screening to check for plagiarism, formatting compliance, and relevance to the conference themes. Papers that do not meet these basic requirements will be rejected without further review.
Each paper that passes the initial screening will be assigned to at least three reviewers with expertise in the relevant field. The review process is double-blind, meaning that the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed from each other.

Authors of accepted papers will be required to submit a camera-ready version that addresses all reviewer comments. At least one author must register for the conference and present the paper.
